Job Description
- Implement and configure ERP systems based on client requirements
- Gather and analyze client needs to offer tailored ERP solutions
- Conduct client training sessions and ensure smooth onboarding
- Act as a liaison between the client and development team for custom features
- Monitor post-implementation performance and resolve any issues
Job Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in ERP implementation or software deployment
- Strong understanding of business processes (Sales, Inventory, Finance, etc.)
- Experience in the gold industry is a strong advantage
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
