Job Description
- Assist in analyzing operational processes and identifying areas for improvement.
- Support the implementation of Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.
- Conduct data collection and analysis.
- Assist in developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation.
- Assist in the implementation of new systems, technologies, and process automation tools to improve efficiency and productivity
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful system integration and process standardization.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in operational excellence, maintenance planning, process improvement, manufacturing, or a related role.
- Exposure to manufacturing or operational environments.
- Basic understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, and process improvement method logiest.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt -Preferred.
