Execution & Coordination

• Ensure smooth communication flow between internal stakeholders from the project’s kick-off to the delivery stage. 
• Draft and amend training, event reports (pre, during, and post). 
• Manage training’ logistics processes (Catering, transportation) with internal stakeholders’ support.
• Facilitate training sessions. 
• Update L&D Calendar and ensure it’s covering existing and upcoming training & events. 
• Coordinate L&D’s project process. 

Design & Development: 

• Review existing L&D content. 
• Research new activities/ ideas. 
• Design a layout of L&D programs and announcements. 
• Design an agenda for the training/ event as per the request
• Coordinating training logistics (venues, facilities, technical supplies, breaks, materials, handouts, attendance, evaluation, agenda) either inside or outside mobica premises. 
• Organize training activities to provide support to participants' and facilitators' needs.
• Responsible for training opening, and introducing the instructor for the trainees. 
• Manage and Solve problems & concerns as they arise with trainees, trainers. 
• Coordinates documenting post-training activities to identify participants' feedback for further evaluation & assessment.
