Job Description
- Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met.
- Preparing site reports, cost reports and Dashboards on a monthly basis using power bi
- Monitoring material costs and preparing waste reports on a regular basis.
- Prepare Cost breakdowns for various items while working on the cost control sheets
- Preparing a full detailed budget Analysis for construction projects while establishing cost center and cost codes for each project
- Verifying and checking invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors
- Managing multiple construction projects simultaneously in an organized manner.
- Assisting Manager and director with any technical duties necessary.
- Preparing and reviewing contract with clients and subcontractors
- Following up on all contractual issues and monitoring their cost impact.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering Architecture, civil or construction management ONLY
- 5-8 years site experience in high quality fine finishing or reputable consulting firms
- Perfect user for MS Office, Autocad, MS project, Power Bi and email / business writing
- Preferred from Giza - Sheikh Zayed - October residents
- PMP, PRMG, IPMA is a plus.
