- Actively contribute to the innovation roadmap of the company
- Support the organization of brainstorming sessions (internally and/or with customers) to identify ideas of new products
- Propose formulas for the new products that could meet the required specifications defined by the marketing and sales teams
- Test these formulas in the lab and conduct measurements (strength, hardness, color, setting time, etc.) on the resulting products to check if they are within the specifications
- Adjust the formulas accordingly and prepare for application testing
- If application testing approved, coordinate industrial trials
- Ensure follow up of quality of application with customers
- Support root cause analysis in case of quality complaints on new products
- Write reports and presentations to share the results of each step
