Job Description
Job Summary:
Issuing & archiving of all types of documents including: master formula & batch production records exported from the quality assurance.
Duties:
- Draft, issue & amend documents related to the IMS system (Master documents, SOPs, BPR, and AMF) as requested before sending them to the concerned departments.
- Distribute necessary copies of the document to the concerned departments & upload the soft copy to make it available on the company network.
- Collect all superseded version before delivering new version.
- Distinguish all documents related to (Original, controlled, obsolete & For Info) with the right relevant stamp.
- Maintain the characteristic stamp on the distinguished documents that are kept on site including (Original, Controlled, Obsolete & for Info).
- Provide periodical reports with appropriate analysis regarding all Quality Assurance Documentation function updates to ensure effective & accurate updated records.
- Fulfill other related tasks as asked by management and as arising from the business.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. degree in Science.
- Experience from 1 : 3 years in in related function.
- Excellent Communication & Organization Skills.
- Excellent command of English.
- Alexandria City residents or nearby are preferred.
