Job Description :
- Issue, review, update, finalize, and approve all change control documents across EVA Cosmetics departments.
- Receive, investigate, and approve complaint reports; manage deviation reports and lead investigations for all levels (minor, major, critical).
- Determine corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) related to changes, complaints, and deviations, ensuring timely execution and closure.
- Conduct and report on process, cleaning, and equipment validations (IQ, OQ, PQ) as required.
- Represent QA during internal/external audits and support in reviewing/updating the Calibration and Validation Master Plans annually.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor Degree in Pharmaceutical.
- Years of experience: 6 - 8 years of experience within the area of Cosmetics /Pharmaceutical
- Computer skill: Excellent Computer skills & SAP System.
- Language skills: Excellent English Language proficiency.
