Job Description
- Scan and understand internal and external environment via appropriate sources (Internal Data, Market trends, competitor’s analysis) to reach valid insights to launch successful campaigns
- Set the annual activation strategy and plan for the whole year in line with the overall marketing strategy and desired positioning related to the targeted specialties
- Manage the annual planning and execution of medical conferences strategy and all medical events related to the targeted specialties
- Responsible for specialized material presented in events
- Monitoring and tracking Medical marketing Budget and expenditure for the targeted specialties
- Liaison with external/internal Parties to deliver initiatives for specialty activities
- Responsibility for all communication material selection and content directed towards medical professionals at all levels
- Developing medical content & presentations that will be used by the sales team
- Act as the linking-pin between marketing and sales
- Support Sales managers with resources and tools they may need in the planning or execution of different activities
- Align, brief and coach sales team on new messages and programs with all supporting material
- Identify new opportunities to grow the customer base and build positive relationships with clients
- Elevate CHG brand value and Identity in all executed strategies
- Contribute in building a comprehensive loyalty/acquisition programs for doctors at all seniority levels by addressing all relevant drivers and barriers
- Responsible for building and managing brand reminders/giveaways inventory for professionals at all levels
- Work closely with the Consumer marketing team and Digital media marketing team to provide medical content based on their communication strategy
Job Requirements
- Degree in Medicine/Pharma
- 3 – 5 years of Marketing experience with General Surgery specialty in similar roles within Hospitals, Pharma or Medical devices marketing
- Strong language and presentation skills
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills
- Persuasion through data/facts and common sense
- Excellent cross functional communication skills
- Willingness and ability to build something new from scratch and see it grow
- Can articulate and critique own work and ideas
