Job Description
- Planning, managing and controlling all factory functional departments to ensure that production output and quality targets are achieved to the set requirements by the management.
- Ensuring all production within the factory is achieving the output targets in terms of quantity, quality, yield, wastage, unit costs, and in accordance with health, safety and environment standards
- Preparing weekly production reports on achieved/ look-ahead basis, which is to be coordinated with the project management team.
- Controlling all the departments/ production lines in the factory to ensure strict compliance to establish procedures on quality control
- Overseeing the operation, programming and maintenance of imported machinery.
- Maintaining logbooks and upkeep of machines and developing/training operators for each specific machine
Job Requirements
- Knowledge in Auto Cad & Microsoft office.
- Supervision, Coaching and Managing Processes and Process Improvement.
- Tracking Budget Expenses, Production Planning, Controls and Instrumentation.
- Strategic Planning, Dealing with Complexity, Financial Planning and Strategy.
