Job Description

Administer and maintain the company’s CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Track and report on key sales KPIs, including lead conversion rates, sales pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
Update, Compiling monthly sales reports.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for the sales team and management.
Schedule Appointments for Sales Manager
Contacting leads and setting up appointments to present company products.
Attending trade shows and other industry-related events
Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent
Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
Write down minutes of meetings & Filling system
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

Job Requirements

Sales Admin at a Real Estate Company located in 6 October 
  
- ⁠Females Only
- Minimum Experience 6 months  preferable in the Real Estate field.
- Excellent user of CRM .
- Knowledge about platforms Ads.
- Bachelor's Degree .
- Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills .
- Excellent user of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) .
- Analytically minded with excellent administrative skills and confidence in working with numerical data.
