Job Description
- Coordinate daily activities of the sales reps
- Recommends changes in the sales techniques
- Submits weekly and monthly reports to Management
- Ensure the sales process is proceeding according to the company’s plan
- Coordinate between the Sales reps requirements and orders with the production
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of the sales reps and issue appraisals reports
- Oversee the documentation cycle and the internal progress of the sales reps orders
- Problem-solving
- Build a training plan for his team to cover the weak areas in performance
Responsibilities:
- Set goals, targeted clients, zones for each sales rep
- Follow up of their reports
- Assist in closing orders
- Communicate with other departments to ensure that the process is going in right track
- Generate sales leads of his own
- Hold daily briefing and periodical training sessions
- Follow up with prospect clients and ensure that they are getting the proper service
- Coordinate and follow up his team orders
