Job Description
- Converting the sales plan to a production plan and provide materials that meet
the plan implementation - Converting the sales plan into a procurement plan to meet the production requirements
- Prioritizing production plan according to the needs of commercial management
and the targets - Receiving the target of local sales and export
- Prioritizing production plan with Sales Team
- Submitting weekly, monthly and cumulative reports to compare the sales plan with actual withdrawals
- Ensuring and control of the minimum strategic products of the local market to meet the minimum requirements for emergency sales requests
- Providing efficient and flexible solutions to meet production requirements, evaluate existing production processes and recommend improvements
- Hold daily meetings to track actual production and compare them with the production plan
- Submitting Daily, weekly and cumulative daily reports of the production plan against actual production and reports to compare the actual production with the actual power of the production lines agreed upon.
- Submitting data entry of actual daily with analysis , And review the daily production operations to ensure that the exchange of ingredients corresponds to the product tree
- Planning and prioritizing processes to ensure maximum performance and minimum delays and planning, development, implementation and evaluation of deliveries of materials from the supplier to the company's stores
- Developing a plan to provide the raw materials, components and production requirements required to achieve production plan and timing of availability and scheduling and control of supply of materials/components to meet production requirements and minimum inventory levels
- Ensuring that the supply of materials meets the production schedule and minimum stock levels to ensure continuity of operation and production
- Developing a monthly production plan in partnership with factory managers to
meet the sales plan - Select, Train, motivate and evaluate all of his direct subordinates to establish a
well-developed professional team of work. - Delegate and assign work tasks to production staff to achieve set manufacturing
targets
Job Requirements
- EDUCATION: Business administration degree
- General Experience: Wide and deep experience providing expert competence (Over 7 years to 10 years )
- Managerial Experience: Experience of supervising and directing people and other resources to achieve specific end results within limited timeframes
