A well-capitalized multi-asset and financial trading brokerage in Cairo is seeking to hire “ Sales Executive” to join their team.
Location: New Cairo
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
- Work with their customers to provide information on how to invest their money, inform them about a product or service using scripts while making sure they meet all their needs and understanding their requirements.
- Take meetings with customers, either in-person or over the phone, to answer questions they have and provide feedback on how their account is performing.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
- Negotiate and handle complaints or objections and close deals.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information on CRM system.
- Manage / update customer’s information in the database.
- Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
- High school degree
