We are seeking a Dispositions Manager to join our dynamic land flipping team, specializing exclusively in land sales. As a key player in our rapidly growing company, you will handle the listing and selling of our acquired land properties. This involves listing properties on various platforms, coordinating property photography, potentially managing auctions, and overseeing due diligence processes such as soil testing. Your role is critical in communicating with buyers and agents, ensuring that all parties are updated weekly on the status of properties. This position offers the flexibility of remote work and includes an hourly rate plus a share in team commissions.
