Job Description
Dealing with commercial registration issues including issuance, renewal, amendment and documentation.
Representing the company in legal matters such as filing lawsuits, employment claims or defending against lawsuits filed by shareholders or other third parties.
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating various corporate agreements, contracts and legal documents.
Handling legal disputes, litigation and investigations with employees as necessary.
Assisting in mergers, acquisitions and other business transactions
Providing legal advice and support on the company’s legal matters.
Collaborating with internal departments and external stakeholders on legal matters.
Managing the documentation and archiving of all types of legal documents and contracts.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) is required; a master’s degree is a plus.
8+ years of experience in legal affairs, preferably in the industrial sector.
Licensed to practice law in Egypt
In-depth knowledge of Egyptian laws, regulations and legal framework.
Experience in labor laws, insurances and labor offices.
Strong leadership and decision-making skills
Analytical and problem-solving abilities
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent writing and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience in managing and prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines
Strong critical thinking and research skills
