Job Summary:

We are looking for a Product & Collection Manager with a strong background in fabric,
textile printing, and embroidery to lead the development of our home decor product
lines. This role is key in creating fabric-based collections that are high-quality, on-trend,
and cost-efficient.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with designers at the early concept stage to initiate and shape new
  collections.
• Act as the bridge between designers and manufacturers to ensure all product
  requirements are clearly communicated and fulfilled.
• Maintain clear, organized documentation for each collection, including fabric
  swatches, color palettes, supplier information, and pricing.
• Plan and manage seasonal collections focused on fabric-based decor items (e.g.,
  cushions, curtains, table linens).
• Develop product samples using the appropriate fabrics, printing techniques, and
  embroidery.
• Source and manage suppliers; negotiate costs, MOQs, and lead times.
• Research and analyze design and material trends in the home decor industry.
• Estimate production costs and develop pricing strategies.
• Oversee quality control to ensure products meet both aesthetic and durability
  standards.
• Coordinate with design, marketing, and sales teams for timely product launches.
