Job Description
- Plan and schedule project activities.
- Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.
- Monitor the project status through the project progress reports.
- Manage the project resources by assigning them to the required project activities (Manpower, equipment, and material).
- Report to management the work progress of the project (Actual vs. Planned).
- Identify the project requirements.
- Arrange the mobilization and demobilization of equipment and personnel for the project.
- Plan and update the program of works by using Primavera.
- Ensure compliance according to project management requirements and contract specifications.
- Manage planning activities throughout the time span of the project.
- Identify the major and key milestones of the project.
- Coordinate with the project manager the overall construction schedule of the project.
- Have knowledge of the quantities included in the project (BOQ).
- Prepare recovery plans for the project in order to prevent any possible delays.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in civil engineering from a reputable university.
- Excellent computer skills especially in Primavera, Microsoft Project, and Excel.
- Should have 1-3 years of experience in a similar position.
