Job Description
- To Develop, & Perform Pharmaceutical' R&D Technology activities of R&D formulation, Toll and troubleshooting activities To Ensure effective Product' Formulation/ Development of Pharmaceutical Products & conformity throughout Product life cycle.
- Keeping up to date with latest technologies and developments and incorporate these into project work if they prove to be beneficial.
- Develop products as per the project briefs, specifications and requirements made by customers. Present the newly developed products to the customers.
- Improve existing products by modifying /replacing ingredients / introducing new ingredients.
- Reduce the cost of existing products by moving to cost competitive ingredients, omitting certain ingredients and / or changing levels of raw ingredients without compromising on the finished product quality.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
- 1 to 3 years’ experience in Pharmaceutical Industry (a similar role)
- Exposure and hands-on different roles at different manufacturing disciplines (e.g. Production, Quality, Engineering, EHS)
- Very Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. English fluency is essential
