Job Description
- Creating and implementing a visual merchandising strategy for the store.
- Create attractive concepts to be used in-store signage and on social media platforms.
- Communicate with marketing team to establish strategies and design concepts for seasonal product launches and displays.
- Explain products details to the sales staff.
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support.
- Monitor the Sales Team appearance (Uniform- Name tags- Grooming)
- Participate in all brands Collection merchandising.
- Report any problem/request to the head office
- Quality Control in the shops
- Coordinate printings with the print-house for all business cards, signs, giveaways & catalogues.
- Execute seasonal decoration with coordination with the marketing team (Signs, Christmas decorations, Mother’s Day)
- Ensure the competence of sales-related materials (Bags – Bags Stickers – Business Cards – Garments Covers ..., etc)
- Responsible for Creating and updating Catalogs for all the company’s brands.
- Online Sales coordination
- Updating all brands company profiles
- Coordinating the selection of products to be displayed in stores.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
- Creative and innovative thinker
- Ability to analyse sales merchandising reports and survey results.
- Ability to work with little supervision.
- Experience: 0-3 Years
- Proven interpersonal skills with strong coaching and leadership skills for team development.
- Fluent in spoken and written English & Arabic
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
- Owns a car.
