Develop and Execute Sourcing Strategies: Create plans to find and work with manufacturing partners in the retail and fashion industry.
Market Research: Look into different companies to find ones that match our standards for quality, cost, and sustainability.
Supplier Evaluation: Check if suppliers can meet our needs in terms of quality, following rules, and how much they can produce.
Negotiate Contracts: Talk with suppliers to agree on the best prices, quality, and delivery times.
Build Relationships: Make good connections with suppliers to work well together and improve how we get things from them.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with our Design, Production, and Quality Control teams to make sure suppliers make things the way we want.
Monitor Performance: Keep an eye on how well suppliers are doing and fix any problems that come up.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-7 years of experience in sourcing, purchasing, or merchandising in the retail or fashion industry.
Proven track record of developing sourcing strategies and successfully managing supplier relationships.
Strong understanding of market research techniques and tools.
Proficiency in negotiating contracts and managing complex supplier agreements.
Ability to evaluate supplier capabilities against company needs for quality, compliance, and production capacity.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
