Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive models and samples from the Design Department.
- Create complete technical files, including detailed size charts.
- Receive and inspect approved samples from the Planning Department (covering quality, measurements, and fitting) in coordination with the Design Department.
- Prepare and submit a detailed report for each sample, clearly stating acceptance or rejection decisions.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams to ensure compliance with approved standards.
- Follow up on any sample modifications or improvements requested by management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Design, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in merchandising or technical coordination.
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, measurements, and quality standards.
- Good communication skills and ability to work within a team environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadline.
