- Receive the budget (budget) and production orders (orders) from the technical department.
- Maintain continuous communication with current factories and explore opportunities for collaboration with  new factories.

- Calculate the detailed cost of the required products.
- Monitor the development of samples at all stages, from design to final delivery.

- Negotiate contracts with factories and supply required raw materials such as fabric and accessories.
- Coordinate quality inspection processes to ensure compliance with agreed specifications and standards.
- Deliver quality inspection files to the relevant departments after completion of inspection.
- Monitor raw material accounts and ensure they are issued and consumed according to production plans.
- Prepare purchase orders for fabric and accessories based on production requirements.
