logistics and shipping company in Ameria, Alexandria, is immediately hiring for the following positions: 1- HR Generalist
Job Summary:
Responsible for implementing all human resources activities, including recruitment, personnel affairs, payroll, training, performance evaluation, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. Serves as a liaison between management and employees to support a positive and effective work environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Interacting with government agencies such as the Social Insurance Office, the Labor Office, and the Government Health Insurance.
- Preparing reports related to the Labor Office (emergency fund, work heels, etc.)
- Preparing and maintaining employee files and updating their data.
- Following up on employment contracts, their renewals, and terminations.
- Managing social insurance and private health insurance.
- Collecting and reviewing attendance, leave, and vacation data, and recording monthly performance indicators.
- Implementing internal regulations related to bonuses and deductions.
- Identifying training needs in collaboration with managers.
- Organizing training programs and evaluating results.
- Participating in the implementation of performance appraisal systems.
- Compile and analyze performance reports and discuss them with management.
- Receive employee complaints and assist in resolving disputes.
- Promote a positive and motivating work environment.
- Prepare periodic HR reports.
- Analyze absence data, job turnover, and future needs.
Job Requirements
- Preferably residing in Ameria, Alexandria, or surrounding areas.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in HR.
Good knowledge of labor laws and social insurance.
Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
A diploma in Human Resources is preferred.
