We are currently hiring a Company Setup Specialist to join our expert team at our Alexandria office in Egypt.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end company setup processes for Mainland and Free Zone entities in the UAE
Advise clients on suitable legal structures based on their business goals
Provide guidance on business activities, license types, and required documentation
Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes, business setup laws, and government procedures

Job Requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in company setup in the UAE
- In-depth knowledge of Mainland and Free Zone structures, regulations, and setup processes
- Fluent in Arabic and/or English (spoken and written)
- Strong understanding of business licensing, activity codes, and jurisdiction-specific rules
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills
