Job Description
- Lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of all academic curricula, programs, and courses to meet institutional and industry standards.
- Oversee the entire instructor lifecycle, including recruitment, demo sessions, performance evaluation, training, and payment review.
- Develop and implement Quality Management Systems (QMS), ensure compliance with accreditation standards, and manage the academic audit process.
- Manage grading systems, thesis supervision, data protection, and registrar files for university submissions. Review operational reports and ensure the accuracy of the LMS.
- Contribute to the institution's strategic academic plan and lead the development of new specializations or programs.
Job Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of extensive experience in a senior academic management role, with an understanding of the international education business.
- MBA or DBA certification is a must.
- Proven ability to manage multiple levels of staff, with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with ERP systems (Odoo), LMS platforms, Microsoft Office, and data analytics tools.
- Critical thinker, excellent communicator, self-motivated, and customer-service oriented.
