Job Description
Siamp Egypt is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to oversee the quality control and assurance processes in our plastic manufacturing facility. The Quality Manager will ensure that all products meet the highest standards of quality, from raw materials to finished goods, in compliance with industry regulations and customer requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage the quality control/assurance policies and procedures for all stages of production.
- Ensure that products meet customer specifications and comply with industry standards, such as ISO, and other relevant regulations.
- Oversee testing and inspection of injected products, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, efficiency, and overall process effectiveness.
- Lead and manage the quality control team, providing training, mentoring, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with all industry standards and regulatory requirements, including safety and environmental regulations.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to quality performance and compliance.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or science , or a related quality field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in quality management, within the plastic manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of plastic materials, molding, and injection processes.
- Familiarity with quality standards such as ISO or similar.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of English language written and spoken
