Quality Manager

1.Take the lead in EPG quality management work, identifying key quality tasks and analysing quality gaps.
2.Be responsible for receiving quality issues related to incoming materials, production processes, finished products, and after-sales service; effectively assign these issues, break them down to responsible individuals, facilitate problem analysis, develop solutions, and follow up to ensure closed loop.
3.Initiate quality improvement projects, formulate improvement plans, and drive the implementation of innovative quality improvement initiatives.
4.Monitor the quality level during the production process, identify problems, and promote corrective actions to improve quality.
5.Manage the quality and defective items of purchased parts, semi-finished products, and finished goods in the EPG factory.
6.Lead the quality team development, enhance personnel capabilities, and cultivate backup talent.
7.Responsible for cross-departmental management 、coordination work 、 supervise and guide team members in their daily work.
8.Manage performance and conduct assessments for the quality department staff.
9.Follow up on the verification of new materials, molds, and processes to ensure qualified production.
10.Establish quality standards ,promote the comprehensive and, effective operation and improvement of departmental systems.
