Job Description
- Conduct field visits to retail outlets to ensure product availability, visibility, and brand compliance
- Work closely with local distribution partners to achieve sales targets
- Identify and act on market opportunities to grow brand presence
- Gather insights from the market and share feedback with regional teams
- Ensure Perfect Store standards are consistently met
- Represent the brand with energy and professionalism
Job Requirements
- 0–5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development (FMCG background is a plus)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Passionate about field work and customer interaction (Field-based work ~70%)
- Presentable, proactive, and eager to grow in a fast-paced sales environment
- Interest in Red Bull products and brand culture is a plus
- Valid driver’s license
- For Multiple Regions
