- Meet and greet walk-in all Customers (beneficiaries or donors).
- Acquainting the clients with service offered by the foundation.
- Updating clients with the foundation of new services and campaigns.
- Respond to all donors queries in a safe, timely professional manner.
- Preparing daily / weekly reports about the beneficiaries/donors.
- Communicate positively with all involved parties in order to facilitate customer's inquirers.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Years of experience 1 -3
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrates a positive, enthusiastic, friendly attitude
