IT Specialist

We are seeking a skilled IT Specialist with at least 3 years of experience to join our growing IT team. The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of network infrastructure, firewall management, Microsoft Infrastructure (including domain controllers), and a strong understanding of IT service best practices.

Responsibilities:

Design and Manage Network Infrastructure:

• Plan, implement, and monitor the network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability.
• Maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and other network hardware.

Firewall Management:

• Implement and manage firewall rules and policies to secure network traffic.
• Regularly monitor firewall logs and respond to security alerts.

 Microsoft Infrastructure Management:

• Administer and maintain Microsoft domain controllers, Active Directory, Group Policy, and other Microsoft-related services.
• Ensure high availability and performance of Microsoft systems.

Compliance with IT Service Best Practices:

• Adhere to industry standards and best practices, including ITIL, ISO 27001, etc.
• Participate in audits and assessments as required.

Technical Support:

• Provide Level I/II support to resolve network, firewall, and Microsoft infrastructure-related issues.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and maintain documentation, including network diagrams and procedure manuals.

Collaboration and Training:

• Work closely with other IT team members, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Provide training and guidance to junior staff as needed.
