Job Description
- Rent-a-car arrangements, meet/assist at airports, guest relations management – handling entire reception activities
- Company Cars – Buying new cars, car registration/licenses work-new, car insurance, car maintenance & insurance claims.
- Managing all HO utilities
- Entire office administration –Pantry, housekeeping, upkeep, printing & stationary, equipment management (Fax/Printers/Scanners/Photocopiers/Pantry equipment/Electrical units/Furniture).
- Manage employee/worker transportation for factories and HO
- Manage security for all facilities
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- 2-3 Years of experience in admin related tasks in factories
- Fluent English Written and Spoken
- Able to use Excel, Word, and PPT
