Job Description
- Handle commercial registry issues including issuance, renewal, amendment, and documentation.
- Representing the company in legal matters such as filing lawsuits or defending against lawsuits filed by shareholders or other third parties.
- Draft, review, and negotiate various corporate agreements, contracts, and legal documents.
- Handle legal disputes and litigation as necessary.
- Assist in mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
- Handle communication with clients, witnesses, etc.
- Provide legal advice and support on corporate legal matters to clients.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders on legal matters.
- Manage the documentation and archiving of all kinds of legal documents and contracts.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law
- Experience in dealing with government agencies
- In-depth knowledge of Egyptian laws, regulations, and legal framework
- Licensed to practice law in Egypt
- Proven work experience in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong critical thinking and research skills
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously and with a team of attorneys
