GWR consulting is hiring mystery shoppers in Amman, Ajlun, Jarash, Irbid, Aqaba, Madaba and Karak
Position:
FREELANCER Customer Service/ Mystery Shopping
Job Duties:
- Evaluating Customer Service when visiting different stores and other establishments as a Secret Shopper.
- Documenting the shopping experience that will be later used for writing a report through an online survey.
- Visits can be done after working hours or on the weekends. (on candidate's free time).
- Evaluating Customer service in Car Showrooms, Restaurants, Retail Stores and others. Mystery Shopping visits with No purchase: fees per report vary between 50 and 150 AED per visit depending on the visit type (phone calls, walk-in visit, etc.) Mystery shopping with purchase visits: we cover the product fee/ food cost up to a pre-agreed amount that varies between different assignments.
Job Requirements
General:
- Act as a secret shopper: Blend in with regular customers and visit assigned stores, restaurants, car showrooms, or other establishments without revealing your true purpose.
- Evaluate customer service: Observe and assess the interactions between employees and customers, focusing on factors like greeting, attentiveness, product knowledge, problem-solving skills, and overall level of service.
- Document your experience: Take detailed notes during your visit, recording your observations, interactions, and any relevant details about the environment and service quality.
- Complete online reports: After your visit, write a comprehensive report on your experience using an online survey provided by GWR. This report should include factual observations, specific examples, and potential areas for improvement.
- Maintain flexibility: Be prepared to conduct visits after regular working hours or on weekends, depending on the assigned schedule.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Mystery Shopping without purchase: For these visits, you will focus solely on evaluating customer service without making any purchases. Fees for these reports vary depending on the visit type (phone call, walk-in, etc.) and typically range from 50 to 150 AED.
- Mystery Shopping with purchase: In some cases, you may be required to make a purchase as part of your evaluation. GWR will cover the product cost or food expense up to a pre-agreed amount, which varies depending on the assignment.
