Job Description
- Design and produce a wide range of visual materials, including digital graphics, print collateral, advertisements, social media content, presentations, and website elements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute design concepts that meet project objectives and brand guidelines.
- Create and maintain a consistent visual identity across all marketing channels.
- Prepare and present design drafts to internal teams for feedback and approval.
- Revise designs based on feedback and ensure final graphics are visually appealing and on-brand.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and software.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast- paced environment.
- Ensure all designs adhere to legal and copyright requirements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business with a marketing major, or any relevant field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer in a marketing agency.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity.
- Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Ability to take creative direction and work collaboratively with a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of web design and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing software is a plus.
