Job Description
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and other financial transactions.
- Perform routine accounting tasks, such as data entry, reconciliations, and journal entries, to ensure the accuracy of financial information.
- Generate and process invoices, ensuring that they are accurate, properly coded, and sent to clients or customers in a timely manner.
- Reconcile bank statements with the company's financial records to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Prepare regular financial reports, statements, and summaries for management, providing insights into the company's financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and other financial regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, providing valuable input into the company's financial planning process.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Odoo and Zoho
- Experience with financial reporting software such as Excel
- Fluency in English both written and verbal.
