Job Description
- Assist in preparing tax returns and related schedules. Analyze client financial documents, deductions, and credits. Ensure all filings comply with tax codes.
- Maintain records of tax returns and related correspondence.
- Maintain all financial records using QuickBooks Online/Desktop.
Job Requirements
- Must be fluent in English
- QuickBooks Online/Desktop.
- Good PC skills, especially MS Excel and ability to use AI
- Customer service skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Decision-making skills
- Previous experience in Accounting
- Ability to work in the US Shift ( 3 PM - 12 AM )
