Job Description
Accounting & Bookkeeping
Record all daily financial transactions (payments, receipts, purchases, sales, bank transfers, etc.)
Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts (general ledger, petty cash, etc.)
Reconcile bank statements, supplier accounts, and customer ledgers
Monitor payables/receivables, issue invoices and track collections
Prepare monthly closing reports and assist with audit documentation
Manage VAT, tax files, and government reporting when required
Logistics & Operations Support
Coordinate with logistics providers on shipping documents, customs clearance, and delivery timelines
Review and process freight invoices, bills of lading, packing lists, and import/export documentation
Follow up on shipment schedules and support internal teams with inventory & stock updates
Assist in managing temporary admission, free zone, or SCZone documentation if applicable
Import/Export Compliance (Preferred)
Maintain and file documents related to imports, exports, and letters of credit (L/C)
Support customs documentation including HS codes, invoices, and clearance procedures
Understand basic trade terms (INCOTERMS) and Egyptian import regulations
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
- Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
