Job Description
●Prepare and analyze monthly and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow).
●Prepare and file tax returns (VAT, withholding, income tax) in compliance with local regulations.
●Manage accounts receivable and payable, ensuring accurate tracking of customer and vendor accounts.
●Monitor and manage cash flow, and provide regular financial reports to management.
●Review and close accounts at the end of each financial period in coordination with external auditors.
●Prepare and reconcile bank statements on a regular basis.
●Develop and improve accounting procedures and documentation workflow in accordance with international standards.
●Conduct regular financial analysis to support decision-making.
●Supervise the accounting team (if applicable), delegate tasks, and ensure high team performance.
●Work extensively on Odoo ERP to manage financial operations, including invoicing, reporting, and integration with sales, purchases ,and inventory modules
Job Requirements
●Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s is a plus).
●Minimum of 7 years of accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
●Proven experience in working with Odoo ERP in a financial management capacity.
●Strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
●Experience in preparing and analyzing financial reports, budgets, and tax documentation.
●Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
●High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
