1. Develop the necessary programs for various CNC machines such as milling and spark wire.
2. Supervise the operation of CNC machines.
3. Follow up on machine operators.
4. Implement a production plan to ensure that the machines continue to operate 24 hours a day in coordination with the workshop manager.
5. Follow up on inventory balances and consumption and make purchase orders for them.
6. Prepare daily production reports including the number of actual hours for each machine and each product, clarifying the condition of the available machines and their operating eligibility.
7. Ensure that all products are operated with the required quality in terms of shape and dimensions.
8. Follow up on periodic maintenance of all machines and cleaning machines with operators and ensuring that they are working properly.
9. Follow up on repairing machine malfunctions with maintenance technicians and ensuring that the repair process is carried out as required

Job Requirements
● Skill in operating CNC machinery and tooling as well as precision measurement tools
● Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings
● Computer savvy with basic understanding of computer programming and CAD/CAM
● Mechanical aptitude and good math skills
● A keen eye for detail and results-driven approach
● Good communication abilities
● Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant discipline is a plus
● He has the ability to work extra hours as needed.
