Now, we’re looking for someone who knows how to take a brand’s voice, inject it into every pixel and post, and build communities — not just content. Someone who lives on the internet, breathes trends, and can turn every scroll into an opportunity to connect.
B — Who are you? (aka the digital storyteller, community builder, and culture hacker)
You don’t just “manage accounts” — you build worlds. You’re obsessed with the ever-shifting landscape of platforms, formats, and trends. You see what’s going viral, what’s next, and what’s missing — and you know exactly how to position a brand to own the moment.
You know how to craft scroll-stopping content, spark real conversations, and turn followers into die-hard fans. You’re part content strategist, part meme lord, part trend spotter — and 100% storyteller.
C — What you’ll be doing (aka your mission to make noise that matters)
- Own and evolve the social media presence of EGi across all key platforms.
- Create and execute content strategies that drive engagement, growth, and brand love.
- Manage the daily publishing calendar and lead community management with voice and vibe.
- Collaborate with in-house creative, video, and production teams to bring content ideas to life.
- Launch and manage campaigns, announcements, partnerships, and show launches across social.
- Stay ahead of platform changes, algorithm updates, and new content formats.
- Analyze performance, track KPIs, and optimize strategy based on what’s actually working.
- Be the brand’s voice — bold, human, and always in the conversation.

E — What you bring to the table:
- 2+ years managing social media for brands, media companies, or creators — ideally in gaming, entertainment, or youth-focused industries.
- A portfolio or feed that shows off your tone of voice, content strategy, and creative instincts.
- Deep knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Strong copywriting skills — you know how to write like a human, not a brand manual.
- A sense for design and visual storytelling (you don’t need to be a designer, but you get it).
- You live on the internet. You get the culture. You move fast.
- Fluent in Arabic & English.
F — Bonus XP:
- Experience working with gaming creators, KOLs, or esports teams.
- You’ve launched or grown a channel from scratch.
- You understand analytics, but you don’t let them kill creativity.
- You’re confident in front of the camera or on livestreams (not required, but fun).
- A deep love for gaming and digital content.

Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing multiple social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and ability to interpret data to drive strategy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Ability to create engaging multimedia content tailored to diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work effectively in an office-based, fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with paid social advertising and influencer marketing best practices.
