Key Responsibilities
Perform the requirement gathering, analysis, documentation, and validation of business and system requirements in alignment with organizational objectives.
Assist in developing and maintaining frameworks that align with the organization's business goals and regulatory requirements.
Conduct business process analysis and assess the impact of technology solutions across departments.
Provide support with proposals and RFP responses.
Develop and document use cases, user stories, process flows, and service journey maps using industry-standard tools, ensuring clarity across both technical teams and business stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into clear and actionable system requirements (functional and non-functional).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business/technical units to ensure alignment of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct gap analyses and recommend improvements to existing systems and processes.
Contribute to training and knowledge transfer activities.
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business IT, or a related field.
3–6 years of professional experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or consulting roles.
Professional certification such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA is optional.
Demonstrated experience working with enterprise platforms such as ERP, CRM, or workflow automation tools.
Proficient in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio.
Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
