Job Description
- Execute internal communications plan in conjunction with senior manager. Develop contents and key messaging (to be covered well via proper channels & occasions), and consistent company positioning/imagery with proper consistent copywriting and story telling across different internal mediums, channels (events, newsletters, internal communications), and all placements and executions.
- Plan, edit, write content and design for a variety of internal communications mediums, such as a staff circulars, periodical & ad-hoc email bulletins.
- Deliver presentations and write internal speeches, meeting minutes at organizational events, and manage executions of company’s townhalls; and properly communicate it to all employees.
- Plan and execute different employees giveaways, employees/HR events, and activities to ensure delivering the company initiatives and strategy such as; Annual Employees Event and Employees Iftar.
- Ensure internal communications messages are consistent across all mediums and for different departments of the organization and in line with external communications.
- Effectively communicate/engage Allianz employees with Allianz initiatives/Campaigns to influence employees’ engagement, loyalty & brand pride; including below plans:
