Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic B2B Sales & Contracting Executive to develop and expand our corporate client base. This role involves identifying business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and managing key accounts to drive long-term business growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of B2B sales strategies, relationship management, and contract negotiations

Job Requirements

  • Identify and approach potential B2B clients and strategic partners to grow business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, vendors, and key stakeholders.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts, pricing agreements, and business terms to maximize profitability.
  • Design and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue and growth objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  • Manage and optimize the B2B sales pipeline, from lead generation to contract execution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless contract fulfillment.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and service delivery standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or contracting.
  • Strong expertise in contract negotiation, key account management, and deal structuring.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate market trends, customer needs, and sales performance.

Ability to manage multiple corporate accounts and business agreements efficiently
