Job Description
- Analyze business requirements and design SAP PP solutions to support production planning and execution.
- Configure Master Data (Material Master, Work Centers, BOM, Routing) in SAP PP.
- Manage production orders, demand management, MRP (Material Requirements Planning), and capacity planning.
- Integrate SAP PP with other modules such as MM (Material Management), SD (Sales & Distribution), and QM (Quality Management).
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP PP processes and provide end-user support.
- Conduct system testing, training, and documentation for business users.
- Support SAP S/4HANA migration and upgrades if applicable.
- Continuously analyze and improve existing production processes using SAP PP capabilities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience as an SAP PP Functional Consultant, with expertise in SAP ECC or S/4HANA.
- Hands-on experience in Production Planning (PP-PI/PP-Discrete), Demand Management, and MRP.
- Strong understanding of capacity planning, shop floor control, and batch management.
- Experience in SAP PP configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work with technical teams for enhancements and integrations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
