Job Description
- Responsible for the day-to-day management of financial transactions and procedures
- Reconcile account payable & receivable transactions
- Perform the accounts payable & receivable process to ensure payment obligations are met in accordance with accounts payable & receivable policies and procedures
- Keeping track of all payments and office expenditures
- Verify payroll calculations
- Supervise petty cash and validate all treasury transactions
- Monitoring bank accounts, managing cash flow and undertaking timely reconciliations
- Maintaining AP records and documents
- Communicate frequently with HQ account staff on matters relating to accounts payable & receivable transactions
- Perform taxes transactions and comply with Egyptian taxes regulations & laws
- support external & internal Auditors with all required data & documents during audit process
- Assist Admin Manager in office administration tasks
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Account, Finance or related field required
- minimum three years experience as accountant
- excellent in excel work ( VLOOKUP, pivot table, formulas )
- Postgraduate, CPA, or CMA is preferable.
- Excellent in English language is a must (writing and speaking)
- Good knowledge in ERP systems (Odoo System) & MS Office
- High degree of accuracy and attention to details
- Maximum age is 35 years
