Job Description
- Production manager of concrete and cement tile factory
- Communicate with department managers to define business strategy and required goals.
- Estimating costs and preparing budgets for the production process.
- Organizing workflow to meet required specifications and supervising setting deadlines for delivery.
- Production control and problem-solving in the production process.
- Supervising the performance of production and quality staff and all workers in the production department.
- Determine the necessary resources such as the volume of labor, raw materials, and all requirements of the production process.
- Supervising the maintenance work and purchasing the equipment required to operate the department.
- Monitoring and ensuring the production of products that meet quality standards.
- Supervising the implementation of occupational health and safety precautions.
- Preparing periodic reports and submitting them to higher management
Job Requirements
- Obtaining a bachelor's degree in a specialty related to the type of product
- Practical experience in the field of the institution in management or supervision positions.
- Good knowledge of production management and all procedures for operating the department.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office programs and ERP programs.
- Experience in preparing production metrics follow-up reports.
- Understanding of production standards, standard specifications, and occupational health and safety regulations.
- The ability to effectively evaluate performance helps improve production.
- Good understanding of determining the budget required to operate the department.
- Proficiency in communication and dealing with the work team and departments of other departments.
- Possess organizational and leadership skills.
