Job Description
- Develop and implement production plans
- Supervise all stages of the production process (cutting, sewing, finishing, packaging)
- Prepare and submit periodic production reports to senior management.
- Monitor production performance indicators (quantity, quality, time, cost), analyze variances, and resolve issues.
- Manage production teams, including supervisors and workers, by assigning tasks and ensuring productivity.
- Coordinate with other departments (warehousing, procurement, quality, maintenance)
Job Requirements
- Residents of Mahalla al-Kubra and the surrounding areas, Mansoura and Tanta
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering).
- Minimum 7 years of experience in production.
- Solid knowledge of production planning systems
- Strong understanding of Total Quality Management
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams.
