Production & Maintenance Manager

We are hiring a Production & Maintenance Manager for a leading cookware manufacturing company.
Responsibilities: 

Lead all production and maintenance operations, manage resources and budgets, implement efficiency and quality initiatives, ensure safety compliance, and supervise preventive & corrective maintenance programs.

Detailed Responsibilities:

• Supervise all production and maintenance activities including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
• Manage the production & maintenance team (hiring, training, evaluating performance).
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and 5S practices to drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee process engineering initiatives to optimize production workflows and eliminate bottlenecks.
• Analyze production data to identify improvement areas and implement solutions.
• Coordinate with procurement, quality, and supply chain teams for smooth operations.
• Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and provide regular reports.
• Oversee maintenance of machinery and equipment to ensure operational readiness.
• Implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Prepare performance reports and provide recommendations to senior management.
