Job Description
- Process purchase orders and track orders to ensure timely delivery
- Communicate with suppliers and vendors to confirm orders, delivery dates, and resolve any discrepancies.
- Responsible for compliance with GOEIC, NTRA, etc.. guidelines
- Compliance with decree 43
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders to replenish stock as needed.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Coordinate shipping and receiving activities to ensure the smooth flow of goods
Job Requirements
- BSc/BA in business administration, supply chain management or relevant field
- 1-2 years of experienced
- Proven experience as logistics coordinator, supply chain.
- Computer-skills with a working knowledge of logistics software (ERP)
- Experience in customer service will be appreciated.
- Problem-solving skills to address and resolve logistical challenges.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
