Oversee import/export logistics operations, ensuring compliance with Egyptian regulations and international trade laws.

• Manage the entire transportation process, including route planning, mode selection, and cost optimization for international shipments.

• Ensure timely customs clearance and compliance with regulations, leveraging systems like Nafeza, ACI, and CPS for efficient operations.

• Supervise the preparation of all necessary shipping and customs documentation.

• Collaborate with internal departments such as planning, export, procurement, finance, and production to ensure smooth logistical support for business operations.

• Manage relationships with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transportation service providers to optimize service levels and costs.

• Monitor and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements for export and import activities, particularly with respect to Egyptian customs and foreign trade policies.

• Develop and implement strategies to reduce logistics costs, increase operational efficiency, and ensure timely delivery of goods.

• Ensure the accuracy of shipping, freight, and logistics budgets.
